Celia first learned from her aunt Nancy and her grandfather Avilio. She says that she remembers drawing her first flower on paper and then being allowed to paint onto the campanas or bells that are popular in San Juan de Oriente. Now, Celia paints all of her work by hand and loves using bright colors.
